This is a Diabetes Prediction web application that uses machine learning to predict whether a person is likely to have diabetes based on medical input data. The application allows users to enter health parameters and instantly receive a prediction result. The project demonstrates my understanding of machine learning model integration with a web interface and real-time prediction.
Developed an AI-based crop yield prediction system using satellite and field images. Built a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to analyze crop health and growth patterns, achieving accurate yield forecasts. Implemented image preprocessing, feature extraction, and model optimization using TensorFlow and Python to support data-driven farming decisions.
Developed a machine learning model using Python, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow to predict heart disease from patient data. Implemented data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization, achieving high prediction accuracy to support early diagnosis and clinical decision-making.
